I tried the Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe and it's quick, easy and delicious!  It's kid-friendly and husband-friendly!  Just whip up some mashed potatoes and some steamed broccoli and you've got a great weeknight meal.  Perfect for a busy day!  Try it out and see how your family likes it!
