Ten Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier You!

TwitterMoms and Tropicana Trop50 have teamed up to bring us a "Spring Renewal", asking for the "10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier You." Here are my 10 Little Things:

Walk around the neighborhood with my family daily.
Turn off the computer and have a house party with my kids.
Get to the farmer's market.
Get up and get dressed! I know it sounds crazy, but the longer I stay in my jammies, the less I seem to get done!
Have a movie night with the family, complete with kettle korn.
Go fishing.
Plant some flowers.
Blow bubbles with my kids.
Visit the Nature Center.
Breathe! Quit being so rush-rush and enjoy slowing down.
